Then check out our Logitech G Pro X Superlight Aero base mod. This lightweight base plate replaces the original base on the G Pro X. The stock base weighs in at 9.4 grams (with the circular puck, 8.4 grams without), and the new base is 3.4 grams for a weight reduction of 6.0 grams. Optionally, you can remove the magnetic charging leads to reduce the weight another 1.5 grams for a 7.5 gram reduction! In our testing this brought our mouse to 53.6 grams!

Installation of the G Pro X Aero mod is fairly easy with a #00 phillips screwdriver. There are 13 screws to remove.  Check out our install guide for a step-by-step walkthrough.

In the event that you want to remove the modification it is completely reversible. The original base can simply be reinstalled, and the mouse is back to original.
