Ready to reduce your reaction times, hit those flick shots, stop overshooting your opponent, and improve your tracking, all while using the mouse you like most? Then check out our Aero base mod for the Razer Deathadder V3 Pro (or Dav3). This lightweight base plate replaces the original base on the Dav3. The stock base weighs in at 11.6 grams, and the new base is 3.4 grams for a weight reduction of 8.2 grams. In our testing this brought our mouse to 55 grams!
Installation is fairly easy with a #1 phillips and T6 torx screwdriver. There are 7 screws to remove. Check out our install guide for a step-by-step walkthrough.
In the event that you want to remove the modification it is completely reversible. The original base can simply be reinstalled, and the mouse is back to original.

We found the lighter the mouse, the quicker and more accurate you can respond to get that headshot. However, gaming mice were never light enough for us! Until we decided to engineer and create our own.

This mod made me love my Dav3 even more, it will feel just as light as the OG Lamzu Atlantis, it’s quite amazing.
The installion is pretty easy, I quite struggled with getting my front side button to work but with some patience I got it to work <3

The mod offers a noticeable difference in how the mouse feels in game: much more nimble but the only thing I am concerned with is the center of weight of the mouse, after modding it is much more centered at the point between the side buttons and could feel front heavy depending on how you hold your mouse. The battery isn’t the most secure now and the edge of the 3d printed base also sometimes scrapes against my mousepad. However these are just things to note and the new feeling of the mouse is totally worth these tradeoffs in my opinion.
